FWBN Meetup March 2026

What
Following an amazing talk on the 24th February by Sarah Turner of Sarah Turner Therapies with some great tips on how to “Prevent Going Pop”, we’re going to have a follow-up discussion on work/life balance. For those of you who missed the talk, we will share the strategies that we learnt from Sarah, and have a chat about how we all manage to get a balance between work and life (or not).
Cost
This event is free and open to all businesses in the Far West of Cornwall. We just ask that you buy a coffee or slice of cake (or both!) to support The Phoenix Cafe who are very kindly providing us the space to meet.
Aim
The aim is to make this a relaxed event to give the business community a chance to get together and support each other. Please see our Mission Statement for more details.
Capacity
We’ve got space for up to 15 people – please register here so we’ve got an idea of numbers.
Location and Parking
The Phoenix Cafe is on the site of the old Warrens factory in St Just. There’s limited parking so if you’re coming from outside of St Just you can park at the cafe, or use the free town car park – it’s just a 5 minute walk.
